Do my points expire?
Points stay active as long as your account is active. We'll always let you know before any change.
How do tiers work?
Your lifetime points move you up from Spark to Pulse, Beat and Resonance each tier unlocks better perks and bigger discounts.
How do I spend points?
Head to Redeem, pick a reward, and we'll generate a reward code for you. Bigger rewards simply cost more points.
